DR. BOBBY JONES TO HOST A BENEFIT FOR THE HOMELESS

Dr. Bobby Jones, host of BET’s Bobby Jones Gospel will host a special benefit concert on Nov. 14, 2009 in Richmond, VA at the Arthur Ashe Center. Slated participants include Tamela & David Mann, Jackie Clark-Chisholm, Stephen Hurd, Phillip Carter & SOV, Kendall King, and Bryan Wilson. The concert is designed to assist in building transformation homes for homeless families.
Due to an overwhelming desire from ministries and businesses from around the world to support H.O.P. E. Ministriesefforts to house the growing number of homeless persons, they have decided to host a benefit concert as a kick off to the 1st Annual Gospel Choir Competition. The actually Competition will take place during Gospel Music Herritage Month “September” of 2010.
