MARIAH CAREY BABY DELIVERY: FALSE ALARM!

M ariah Carey almost received the best birthday present ever. Over the weekend, the R&B diva, who was celebrating her 42nd birthday, was rushed to the hospital because she was having contractions.

Mariah tweeted in the flurry of rushing to the ER: “these babies really wanted to celebrate with us and share the anniversary! I started having contractions last night..went to the hospital. They almost came on 3/27 – happy anniversary in deed!!! We have a few more weeks 2 go but – wow!!!” Mariah calls her birthday, her anniversary, which was yesterday (Mar27).

Her hubby Nick Cannon is gearing up for the birth of the babies, and is a little nervous about the big day. He tweeted last week: “I am probably going to faint in the delivery room! I need to man up! Or maybe I should say WOMAN UP since they are the ones that have to be the strongest in the whole ordeal! I am in awe of my wife!”
