OPRAH WINFREY CHICAGO APARTMENT FOR RENT

I f you want to live like Oprah Winfrey, this is your chance. The media-mogual has put her $5.6 million Streeterville co-op unit in Chicago up for rent for $15,000 a month. The 4,607-square-foot apartment has eight rooms, including three bedrooms, three full baths and two half-baths. It also boasts 10-foot ceilings, two fireplaces, a library, a solarium, butler’s pantry, formal dining room, butler’s pantry, wine room and custom kitchen. She paid $5.6 million for the three-bedroom co-op unit in 2006. But the talk-show queen never actually moved into the unit, choosing instead to remain in her massive duplex condominium spread in a different building a few blocks away.

Oprah attempted to sell the apartment for $6 million from June 2008 to January 2009 but was not successful. She also owns houses in Elmwood Park and Merrillville, Indiana, but she primarily lives in her estate in Motecifo, California.
