RAYMOND VS RAYMOND: USHER AND EX-WIFE CHILD CUSTODY CASE RAGES ON DESPITE TRAGEDY
By admin on Aug 2, 2012 in SAY WHAT NOW

U sher’s ex-wife says the singer is just a good performer. Tameka Foster is slamming the R&B star for only pretending to care about the death of her 11-year-old son, Kile Glover. In shocking new court documents, Tameka is accusing Usher of using the death of her son to gain the sympathy of his fans and the media. These claims are coming after — Usher asked the court to push back the next court hearing in light of Kile’s death, claiming that the hearing would result in “unnecessary stress and strain” for the family “in the immediate wake of this tragedy.” The singer is reportedly worried that the hearing will be unfair because the judge will not rule against a mother who is mourning the death of her child.
Tameka, on the other hand, is demanding that the court order Usher to show up at the next scheduled hearing on August 13th, arguing that the singer’s request is just “a transparent sham.” In the documents, Tameka says Usher’s claims of suffering “stress and strain” are “bogus. Usher visited Kile in the hospital only once during his 15 days on life support,” she said.
Tameka also alleges that the singer refused to tweet a message asking his Twitter followers to pray for Kile. She says he tweeted a picture of his breakfast, with the caption “Breakfast of Champions” instead.
But her claims are inconsistent with earlier reports that Usher was incredibly supportive in the days after the accident. He even allegedly chartered a plane to fly Tameka to the hospital to be by her son’s side.
Usher and Tameka were in the midst of a heated custody battle when the accident occurred – a case that Tameka reportedly wants settled so that she can “move forward with her life.”
